Common questions
The labels don't line up with the mountains.
Your phone's compass is often a few degrees off. Drag the camera view sideways once to line the labels up with the real skyline; Descry remembers the correction until you move somewhere new. Keeping away from cars, metal railings, and other magnets helps too.
Does Descry work offline?
Yes. Download your region before you head out, and Descry works with no signal at all.

A peak's name or height is wrong.
Names and features come from OpenStreetMap, so a fix there reaches Descry in a later data update. You're welcome to email us about it as well.
